Return Policy
A product may be returned if it is defective, provided the defect falls within the warranty period specified on the packaging.

The Ainola bidet device warranty covers two years for the new version and one year for the old version.
Return Procedures:

A video showing the defect must be sent.

The video will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within two business days.

If the return is approved, the process will be completed within 8–14 business days.
Products purchased through other merchants (e.g., Amazon or SACO) must be returned directly through them. We are not responsible for orders not purchased directly from the Aynola store.
Lost Orders:

A replacement order will be sent within six business days from the date the issue is reported by the customer.
Incomplete Orders:

Customers must report missing items within 24 hours of receiving the order. Once the issue is verified, the missing item will be sent within six business days.
Return Shipping:

The return shipment is the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for any products returned to our warehouses if they are unrelated to our store or not in their original condition (box, accessories, instruction manual, etc.).
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in two cases:

The order was not received.

The order was canceled before it was shipped.
Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days from the date of cancellation.
Delivery fees and customs charges (if any) are non-refundable.
